My husband and attempted several times to have documents corrected by a couple of agents. After numerous phone calls and over a week, the situation was finally resolved. There were documents that were provided that were asked for more than once after being submitted.

Darcel consistently took my calls or called me back in a timely fashion. She was a professional throughout the process and I felt that she advocated for me in regards to keeping the process moving forward with the underwriter.

I was directed to contact an individual for my copies of closing documents. Upon calling, I was told they weren't involved in that part of my loan process and that they would send the information back to Mr Gallo. I still have not received copies of my loan documents from the notary. Communication isn't clear and nobody seems to have an answer.

I had requested specific times for y’all to call me and it was never the time I requested. I am a teacher and coach and have a very busy schedule. I always received phone calls during classes when I was teaching and when I tried to call back it was hard to get who I needed. I also thought it would all be done a few months before I actually got to close.
