Sandra was incredible! She was available, professional, kind, sincere, and made a very pressured situation feel calm. She is without a doubt one of the best!!! I have been a customer for 6 1/2 years and always feel the PennyMac team is helpful and genuine! Kudos to Gavin for starting off my loan and for Sandra getting everything done on time for us.

The only thing was the original quote (closing ) was 1/2 than what it turned out to be and I still had to make a payment ( I was told not to ) BUT THE payoff was not made in time. It took another week so I was out 3k (1700 closing and 1300 payment ) by the time it was all said and done vs the the closing was originally only 800.

Clear communication and accuracy regarding loan documents. Timely communication, as there were multiple instances when I was told I would receive a returned call which did not occur.

.Joseph was great to work with. Always able to answer my questions. Dealing with the computer system to upload documents left much to be desired and kept asking for the same documents more than once.
