Jamie is an outstanding representative and team member for PennyMac! His communication and friendly customer service skills throughout the entire process was above reproach! Jamie was also very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. I was also eligible for a veterans grant through the state of Utah but it took some coordination and communication from the entire PennyMac team and Jamie was the one who was able to communicate the sense of urgency to the team so I could qualify and close on time. The amount of requests for the same documents and information ad infinitum. Too many people were involved and I had to reply to most of them when the information was already provided. Maybe not to your satisfaction at first be a phone call usually solved the problem but the request was still on my to-do list. I do apologize for my delays in following up on my end as I was dealing with surgery and the postponement of said surgery because of infection and a rigid antibiotic regime and then the resolution.
