The communication and expectations were clear and timely.
Trying to access the documents on the website was very difficult at times. I had to contact web support on more than one occasion.
Cash to close was very unclear even to the day of closing. My closing disclosure said one amount but I was told to pay a higher amount.... also, I was charged with Points when I did not needed to pay for it because my house appraised for way more than expected. No one could explain why I was getting charger for it... Barry was amazing!!! He was on top of all details and help me to get thru this time...

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication-I had to place many calls myself and ask questions that Penny Mac had in their database. I feel closing would not have happened within two months if I had not called and inquired on hold ups.
My loan officer was great and walked me through the entire process. With weekly calls and updates and working with the underwriters to try and get exceptions to repairs. (Exterior paint in New England winter)
Everything that was told and communicated to me was precise and accurate
