Process was fast and easy! Everyone communicated well with me. I’m very pleased!

Everything went as stated. No surprises. Very satisfied.
Closing was not stressful and timely
Everything went well. Only problem we had was when we would get followed up with on the status it seemed like the team wasn’t communicating with each other. We were told that I had a hold because they were waiting on my school to verify employment but then the closing document showed up so we were all confused.
Quick and easy process for me and my husband.
Better communication. I was repeatedly asked for documents that I didn't have (Deed of Trust, monthly statements). One of the loan processors told me the DoT is not something I should have been contacted about.
