Full knowledge of the process and the closing date that was scheduled for me
The title company told me they could set dual signings at 2 different locations. The day before closing, the notary called to confirm the date and time and said she would not go to 2 different places for signatures. I was very disappointed that what I had set up the entire time, was not going to happen.
Jamie was very personable and easy to communicate with. He provided weekly updates (sometimes more) and kept me in the loop on the entire process.
I enjoyed the middle and end. I didnt enjoy the initial phase. Unrealistic expectations were set by the person we spoke with and promises were made for the amount of refinance and equity we would receive and after we spent funds on the appraisal the amount was significantly less and was disappointing after spending money and not getting the results we were promised.
