Everyone involved where so helpful and kind.
Expected not to pay closing fee. Was told that I wouldn't need to. Contacted me the Friday before my Monday signing date that the forms sent in were inaccurate and the title company required a closing fee.
What made it great was that you guys basically answered my questions and made it very clear so on and so forth.
