Our PennyMac Refinancing process was a very quick and easy process. The MAC Team was very knowledgeable, friendly and so very helpful. They made the process very easy for us. We are so happy and will recommend PennyMac to everyone.

The experience was fantastic, just took longer than expected. I had two advisors and both were great to work with. I believe the delays in closing were out of their control. Overall, other than the delay in closing, all went very smooth and was easy to follow along.
