What made it great was the process was very easy and I appreciate the weekly courtesy calls.
Excellent service. Fast and convenient
After we sent out documents in. We kept getting emails saying. We needed to complete tasks. However iI would call my penny Mac team. And they would tell me. We Were good nothing needed And this happened 3 times 3rd time I just ignored it. But other then that everyone was A +

Samijo Grant never answer a phone calls and she did let me know what was going on with my loan she tolk a long time with paper work

The entire experience was conducted professionally and with exceptional courtesy. Candice was especially helpful with keeping me informed regarding the process and scheduling the closing.
Marcia was wonderful and patient. If not for her, I would have canceled and gone with another company. Asking for the same document over and over was very frustrating. It took much longer than I anticipated.
