Very bad experience
Every time I called Edna would answer the call. No wait time. I was very impressed with that. I couldn't have been assigned a better person. Was impressed with PennyMac throughout the entire process.
Anna has been a rock for me, she worked with me through the whole process and made me feel like i was special. Things got rocky at times, but she made sure it all worked out. Every time i reached out, she got back to me promptly with the answers that I was looking for. She is great and truly appreciate the hard work that she has done for me. Thank you Anna - you made my dreams come through!
