Fantastic. Did a great job communicating what was happening each week.
No one at pennymac communicates with each other. They messed simple things up at every turn. Cancelled my closing the night before (due to another mistake on their end) without even calling me. On the other hand, they would call me almost daily asking for information we had already discussed multiple times. Overall it took almost 5 months to finally close on the refinancing. The people were always nice, but overall dealing with pennymac as a company was an extremely frustrating and inefficient hassle of a process. Management... read more
