Brianna my loan specialist was awesome. She called me during the day and unfortunately I was busy and I was short with her. I only wanted to be contacted after 6. She took it all instride and we spoke again at a convenient time for both. I really appreciated her patince and kindness.
First of all, every single person I talked to knew nothing like it was their first day. This was suppose to take 45 days, and it took 3 months. I went above and beyond to make sure everything was turned in within a few hours of asking. I was always waiting on y’all. You guys lost several items. And Kayla, lied several times about things. This was the worst experience and I am scarred for life.
