So hard to reach a live person to clear up login problems, and when I did they gave me the wrong information to correct it. Still not sure if I can log in because confirmation code is still being sent to my ex husband and no one can seem to fix that.

Rashawna was awesome. There was quite a delay during the appraisal process and she kept in touch throughout that time giving us updates and asking if we had any questions. She was curious and very cheerful. That's hard to come by in customer service anymore. She made the experience very nice!
