The ease of the process and accurate numbers and closing date
Everything was great from the start to the end
I didn't understand how the prices of the refinance broke down but after speaking with someone on Friday I have a better understanding of it. I appreciate that they have this process for veterans. Thank you.
The process compared to a VA loan was quicker and simpler. We were handed off to other folks a few times though.
