From my initial call to question the possibility of a refinance, to the closing, everything went very smoothly. Agents were understanding and efficient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

The whole process wasn't as difficult to understand once it was explained clearly to me. The loan officer was very patience with me and answered all my questions. I was surprised how straight forward everything is, especially since this was my first time ever dealing with homebuying or home loans. 9/10 experience
Amanda was the glue. There were lots of issues. My original loan processor quite during the process. It was very frustrating because I wasn’t getting great service. But Amanda came in and smoothed everything over. She’s the primary reason why I continued with the loan and didn’t decide to cancel. Thank you Amanda.
Chantel was on top of everything. She is polite, professional, and made the process very easy. This is the second time I've worked with her, and I hope I get to work with her again in the future!
I spoke with no less than 4 people rather than 1 or 2 - felt like a lot of people had access to financial info and we involved. Not a continuous process - left me with questions and not even sure who to ask.
Everything went smooth.
Working with Claudia was a good experience, she took over from the original loan officer and was caught up to speed quickly. It was nice to get some straight answers and her hard work in getting my Re-Fi on the conditions that I needed.
