got tired of being asked for the same information over and over and over again. This is out 3rd time of working with Penny Mac and it was the biggest pain in the _ss of any of them.
I personally had a great experience working with PennyMac in refinancing my house. It can be very har and confusing, with so many lenders available, to select a lender to work with you. From start to finish, communication was great. Access to the client portal was a pleasant experience for me. Being able to upload documents securely and timely in additional to being able to track my process added convenience and value to my experience.

There was a couple of small glitches during the process but they were taken care of. Overall the Andrea and Reid took good care of me.
No issues what so ever. Always polite and answered all questions until I didn’t have any more. Thank you
Joyce long would call often to check in and see how things were going,and also to give me new information. We didn’t close the first time in the date specified on my account for being in the hospital. We got it done and I appreciated her. Thank you
I’d been working with Amanda for almost a year. Unfortunately I live in a county that is unresponsive and slow in transferring documents. However, Amanda was persistent and laser focused on getting my refinance accomplished. So was so kind, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process and I couldn’t be anymore grateful. My sincerest gratitude to her and I hope and highly recommend that she is recognized for her work accordingly.
It was rarely clear whom I was supposed to communicate with when I had questions. I would call customer service, long wait time, and frequently got conflicting answers. An attempt too contact Jonathan Weiss by email, went unanswered. I finally reached Antoine in customer service who steered me back to Jonathan.
