My experience with my home refinance processing was great with Penny Mac.Less than 45 days from start to funding.
Choose your apraisers more wisely. Investigate them first. Be an advocate for your borrower when clear fraud is an issue.
The process took too long because it was all done over the phone and not face to face
Documentation requests about my other properties were not clear. Answers to my questions regarding the same subject were deferred. Multiple times I was told I was going to receive a call back, never did. I ended up calling back.
