My closing documents did not seem accurate. I followed up with PennyMac and tried to reach someone, including my loan officer, who on two separate occasions did not return my call. And now I believe my taxes are not longer included in my mortgage payment/escrow account but can't be sure because literally no one has gotten back to me. Amazing.
