Great job!
The level of service received was excellent as was the communication. I had a wonderful team working on my loan processing. The only hiccup was the VA appraiser which I do not hold against Jamie.

Everyone was so nice. I have issues with computers and everyone involved help me through this. Most of all the loan process went faster than antipacated
I was very pleased with the whole process from start, with Riham Willis, to finish. Communication was always prompt and clear.
I had to keep calling the first guy who reached out to me. Mr. Nash was of greater help then the loan lady that I was assigned to. I don't even know her name to this day. If not for my continue conversations with Mr. Nash, I would have not known what what was going on.
The overall process was a nightmare. There were way too many people involved in the loan process to the point that I just stopped trying to remember the names of people. There were times that I was given information that was not accurate, but it was not by Nathaniel Orozco. I do not remember who told me incorrectly. I do know that my initial loan officer Ryan did not do a good job of explaining the overall process and how the loan would work.
