Everyone in the process from Ace to Ammie were prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. The online process was quick and easy and kept me on pace for a timely closing. I also received a weekly update to ensure nothing was missed and that I understood where we were at in the process. Unfortunately, we had to attend an out of state funeral around the closing time.
