most people don't apply for mortgages every day, so I am pleased with the way things went. Nobody made me feel stupid. Five stars!
During the closing process, we had questions about documents, dates and others. We had to consistently email and call to get other agents to find the answers to our questions. No time frame was given to us once we had an offer accepted for the closing documentation. We did our best to get required/requested documents to PennyMac same day as requested. I was constantly informed throughout the process. It was pretty quick process. It wanted to close sooner, but unfortunately time was not on my side.
The process was smooth and the team attended every step of the way. I website was easy to submit forms to which made the process even easier
