More interaction, and probably pre-scheduled, with individuals like Shay. She was the bright spot in this very unpleasant process. Communication was frequent but not always fruitful, receiving calls almost daily during the work day and unscheduled. Evening calls interrupted family time, which again would be manageable with a little notice. Loan officers were professional and knowledgeable, Only problem was wanting me to cash out on credit cards which were not charging interest. If I had done that, i would have been paying interest for the next 30 years

Once everything was done, things went smooth. Just a couple of times things were a bit frustrating on the closing end.
