The whole process wasn't as difficult to understand once it was explained clearly to me. The loan officer was very patience with me and answered all my questions. Amanda was the glue. There were lots of issues. My original loan processor quite during the process. It was very frustrating because I wasn’t getting great service. But Amanda came in and smoothed everything over. She’s the primary reason why I continued with the loan and didn’t decide to cancel. Thank you Amanda.
