From start to finish, a very smooth process. Complete satisfaction.
Getting phone calls back and not feeling that they ignored me when they saw my name on caller id. Not having to keep struggling through the process for 3 months. Not having my closing scheduled and having it cancelled without someone letting me know. I did stay home for those days. My loan may have not been the easiest due to a tighter debt to income with my wife working in the service industry impacted by COVID the last two years, but it should not have been this hard. Everything was handled in a timely manner and was informed frequently
Our first experience was not good, someone dropped the ball and we lost out on a better rate due to that. The second time was absolutely wonderful and we are happy with Pennymac.
