She was on task and quick to help and assist.
After we had started our loan process Pam called and was assigned to our loan. She communicated with us about every 3 days as our loan went very fast we closed in 30 days, it went so smooth and I give a lot of credit to Pamela. She was always available for any questions we had. A great experience.
De'Loria was the very best part of our home buying process. She was prompt with responding, communicated clearly, and was flexible with our schedule/needs. I looked forward to our weekly check-ins as she filled me in on where we were in the process and she also checked in with my mental health. She was so good at her job, that for at least the last month we got to have casual conversation since all of the closing requirements were met. De'Loria, you deserve all of the good things coming to you!
