It was the easiest process, from my previous experience with other company.
Great experience - entire process was very streamlined.
allowing me to review the closing statement before sitting at the table at the title company would be a start. Sticking me with PMI when I could have paid more down to avoid it was something that totally pisses me off.
The loan process took entirely too long. The time that lapsed between PennyMac initiated contact was way too long. Everytime I called to speak with a Loan Processor, I was pleased by their eagerness to help and knowledge of the situation, but all too often, I had to call to initiate these answers and continue the process forward. Overall, I do not plan to use PennyMac again for mortgage service.
