Due to loan officer not being there the process basically had to start all over again which isn't my fault they do not communicate and process accurately. Also, it ended up me closing almost 2weeks later which I never had this problem with the loan officer I been using since day one. Almost every document they request from me was already sent and approved but they stated they don't have it. James Crowley was amazing! He was always there to answer all of our questions and responded promptly even on weekends all times of the day. communication was great through the process. Only complaint is/was that employment verification happened a second time 1 day before closing with an urgent email---you must have your employer do this. It was able to happen...but I needed to specifically ask my boss to expedite and that is not a good thing to do for anyone

Too many "Ups & Downs" , missed some communication . At the end process went fine but process and communication can be smoother
