Grace was the most helpful person through this process. Our closing kept getting delayed due to the sale of our house. Anytime I needed to change the closing date on our new house Grace was on top of it. She would call me weekly for status updates. I would definitely recommend Grace & PennyMac to everyone. Everyone we dealt with at PennyMac was extremely professional. Communications was prompt and thorough. Weekly updates were very helpful. Great process overall from beginning to end.
We were thrilled to complete our refinance with Pennymac as we were current customers of Pennymac.
Good combination of folks to help me out with all the documents required.
I was kept informed throughout the process and uploading requested documents was simple.
1) Need major improvement on communications between loan officer and processing department. 2) Processing staffs are very green. Need lots of training.
There was a breakdown in communication towards the end. Made closing very stressful.
They were very profesional and helpful.
