Great experience with our refi. Document process while secure also made interpreting which new documents were now needed a slight chore. Would be nice if it was an email just stating what new documents were needed and the link where to upload them.

I liked the electronic process where I could upload documents instead of having to bring them by in person to an office. Made things very easy.
