It was super easy.
the entire process went smoothly as expected until the end. We were unable to close for nearly two weeks from the expected date due to errors by the appraiser. They did very sloppy work that caused delays in closing. The appraiser also failed to get all the required photos while on-site and requested I take them and send to her. very poor workmanship!
We just had issues with payoffs on my debt, so it took a little extra effort to those accounts paid off. Edward was very good, and i would recommend Pennymac to my friends.
