Nothing could have improved my experience. The process is complicated and Mrs. Venzor was a pleasure to work with. She is an asset to Penny Mac
Iam did a great job. The loan officer, Jithin, added unexpected points at the end of the process and tried to slip in extra commission for himself. This was a large turn off. In the end, the loan closed a few days past when we were initially told because we had to get the points corrected. This cost us additional money on our interest at $44 interest per day. All of this could have been avoided if the loan officer submitted the correct paperwork that we agreed to from the beginning.
