On time and easy to work with
Chantel and the PennyMac team was great to work with. I really liked that a notary came to my home to close out the loan. It helped reduce the closing costs for us to refinance. I would definitely recommend PennyMac to refinance your existing mortgage. We lowered our monthly payment by about $200 and got rid of PMI.
Even though we ran into a couple of snags along the way, the team from Penny Mac kept things rolling and helped us overcome the obstacles with good advice, good communication and prompt action.
This company and the employees have it together. All employees did what they said they were going to do and explained the next steps. My loan closed 30 days early and I had the best experience. I would highly recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family. Best experience EVER!!!!
A response when a question was asked. Went through the process twice with PENNYMAC and the communication was horrible each time. I stuck with it because I do like the online account UI. Things did get much better only after I reached out to management. PENNYMAC needs to work on communication with the customers and make this the #1 priority.
