Our Communication with Mr. Edward Sarkardehi, during our loan process was very professional at all time. Originator would respond when called or call back
There were major issues with Kristina's communication and we ended up closing a week after we should have because of it. If we had not been as far in the process we would not have continued with PennyMac. I ended up dealing with Felicia Johnson to finalize the loan after such a bad experience with Kristina.
This company and the employees have it together. All employees did what they said they were going to do and explained the next steps. My loan closed 30 days early and I had the best experience. I would highly recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family. Best experience EVER!!!!
