The team did a very good job. Wasn’t stressful at all.
Kristina communicated well and was consistently calling with updated loan status, even when there was no movement. Even though the closing process took longer than expected due to the overall number of closing at the time, I never had to inquire about status or wonder what was happening with my loan. Kristina was very professional in her approach and was able to answer all the questions I had.
Great communication and the portal was very convenient to upload documents to.
The process was slow. I sometimes had a difficult time communicating my question to Mr. Martinez.
