Always has been a great experience anytime I used Penny Mac. Nancy provided world class service. Nancy met our expectations and will continue to refer Pennyac.
The service we got was excellent and every person we talked to with any questions, was so friendly and ver informative.
There were major issues with Kristina's communication and we ended up closing a week after we should have because of it. If we had not been as far in the process we would not have continued with PennyMac. I ended up dealing with Felicia Johnson to finalize the loan after such a bad experience with Kristina.
Overall great customer service.
Communication and documents were in order and in a timely manner.
The entire team were very helpfull, best customer service by far.
