Had to get "special permission" not to pay a year's worth of early real estate taxes to PennyMac and convince PennyMac I could pay my taxes by myself when they were due (I had to threaten to cancel the refinancing process and go with a different company).

Pennymac has treated me with compassion and attention on what my needs were I had USAA for the house in New York I moved and rented the house well my renter was paying rent when covid hit he stopped paying rent, and I got behind on taxes USAA found out from third party while checking my report and he notified USAA about the taxes I asked for help during covid this is what I got 324.29 raised to 701.14 as a. Disabled Veteran they say were appreciated okay so I'm glad I got Pennymac they have been very polite not judging me.
Everybody was so friendly and helped with any questions we had.
Easy process, although the final documents were not what I was expecting - there was a very small payment.
Very happy with my experience from start to finnish.
