The refinance went as I knew it would go smoothly because I have had other mortgage loans with them and as always met or exceeded my expectations
The initial process was very unpleasant because I was dealing with different people and provided with different information. Then, when PennyMac received information from the Title Company. It was incorrect. My name wasn't on the title provided by the title company and there was an IRS lien and a collection listed on that title document. PennyMac contacted me about it multiple times and I informed them that information wasn't correct.
