Communication
The only negative I have is related to the property evaluation. At one point, I was told PennyMac could not find an appraiser who could do the eval and get the report in timely. Being the largest mortgage outfit in the country, that was very tough to buy. Cindy was very insistent that the closing date would have to be move back quite a bit.
