Danyell Gilbert did not read my emails and the note in my profile. She told me vis voice mail that the next step would be for Penny Mac tram to check my credit score and that was way after the rate was locked. Everyone knows that the credit score has to be checked if the rate is locked. I sent her 3 emails with the pictures showing the deck was fixed. My experience became better when I finally had a rep I could reach and help me finish the process of the loan. Claudia was very helpful in this .
Your website and communication response time because we can’t ever call our loan officer directly. Waiting to hear back took to long and while we had already uploaded what was needed it took days for anyone to notice it.
