The only negative I have is related to the property evaluation. At one point, I was told PennyMac could not find an appraiser who could do the eval and get the report in timely. Being the largest mortgage outfit in the country, that was very tough to buy. Cindy was very insistent that the closing date would have to be move back quite a bit. Danyell Gilbert did not read my emails and the note in my profile. She told me vis voice mail that the next step would be for Penny Mac tram to check my credit score and that was way after the rate was locked. Everyone knows that the credit score has to be checked if the rate is locked. I sent her 3 emails with the pictures showing the deck was fixed.
