The loan process was done mostly online which is good but you miss the personal touch and verbal assurance. Pennymac regardless of who took my phone call was always very helpful and could answer my questions or the status of the loan and follow through to the end.
The prosses was very easy and fast communication was always professional and clear on expectations one and any concern was switching many persons at the time of asking for documentation and closing
It was not Devon's fault for delays. It was paperwork not completed by previous closing attorney
