Why am I getting this survey now when I closed many months ago? I already answered this survey. I was upset that the money I was told I would be getting back at closing was nowhere near the amount I actually got. It was much lower.
Kelvey and addy were great to work with. However, I did feel like the amount of random fees were astronomical. The company is already making 40% over my principal through the life of the loan. Adding on almost 20k in fees really seems greedy as a consumer.
Constant communication to make sure documents needed were understood by me.
Everything was very smooth
