Penny Mac has always served me well. I chose to refinance with them for a shorter term with less interest and not only did they make that happen for me, they also matched or beat the competition without hesitation. There staff is top notch and very informative. Great experience and knowledgeable on all aspects of the loan process.

Better communication, clear expectations, correct documents, access to appraisers and not take 3-4 weeks to even order an appraisal

I really enjoyed talking with Erika Stacy. She is friendly, understanding and patient. I had an usually situation and she helped me get through it all. I would recommend working with Erica Stacy at PennyMac. When I'm ready again in the future I will be calling her.
