This was my second mortgage with PennyMac. Diana Rogel and Nicki Stober were awesome! Problem with my second mortgage started when the MAC team got involved. They scheduled my appraisal the day before I was to close. Then after clearing that up the final numbers for closing changed 4 times. I sat in the title office waiting for Pam Wilcox to clear up the problems for hours and things were finally resolved.
