There was an issue with a creditor that should have been clear from the beginning. As a result, I had to submit paperwork twice and I had 2 closings.
Closing on time, and the notary showing up when they were supposed to.
The process took much longer than I expected. And one loan had to be re-applied for because it was originally denied, supposedly due to not receiving documents from me in a timely manner. As I acted on every request as quickly as possible, I was surprised that this happened, without warning.
Your website and communication response time because we can’t ever call our loan officer directly. Waiting to hear back took to long and while we had already uploaded what was needed it took days for anyone to notice it.
Constant communication to make sure documents needed were understood by me.
The loan process was explained to me and went accordingly. I am very happy with Penny Mac as my Loan Mortgager.
