Penny Mac has always served me well. I chose to refinance with them for a shorter term with less interest and not only did they make that happen for me, they also matched or beat the competition without hesitation. There staff is top notch and very informative. Great experience and knowledgeable on all aspects of the loan process.

It would be nice for the team to gather all information and communicate with each other, so everyone including the client be on same page. My closing date and information was changed at least 3 times.
