Everything on time
Great service. Everything went fast and smoothly. Lots of personal contact with Tennille. She's thoughtful and easty to work with.
Had a great experience through out all my loan application.
The process took much longer than I expected. And one loan had to be re-applied for because it was originally denied, supposedly due to not receiving documents from me in a timely manner. As I acted on every request as quickly as possible, I was surprised that this happened, without warning.
It was great since the loan officers communicated the information clearly. However, there was an issue at the end with closing documents that caused a lot of confusion and time waste.
Timely service
The closing documents were wrong, so we had to close twice, I was never able to get a straight answer to any of my questions. I was told it would cost zero dollars to close and it ended up being more than $3,000, which I wasn't told until 3 days before the first closing. This was truly the worst mortgage closing I've ever been through. And the worst part is that Penny Mac blamed it on the title company and made them send me a check for my troubles. Michelle was great, letting me know at least once a week where we were at and what she needed from me. She was very helpful and she also made the closing process easier by helping out with some of the documents being easier to sign off on.
Zannetta was extremely professional and personal which helped the process run smoothly
