The clear communication and prompt response and attention I was given in order to make this process smooth
I feel that I did most of the work as far as following up and tracking information down. I stopped receiving weekly updates and followed up after about two weeks. I discovered documents were missing and my landlord was being difficult. Had I been informed sooner, I could have solved the issue sooner. I am an experienced home buyer, so I was able to navigate, but someone less experienced would have struggled. Positive overall experience
The entire staff that I was in contact with was very professional and courteous.
Overall the process from PennyMac's perspective was pretty smooth and Tracy was great to work with. The only opportunity I observed during this process was there were a couple of times that we talked to someone else other then Tracy and they requested info that had been requested and sent. Seems like there was somewhat of a disconnect there.
