If my recommendation was about Chantel Bryant only, I would absolutely recommend Penny Mac to all. Chantel was incredible to work with. She went above and beyond the call of duty to support me through the process. Unfortunately I was not as impressed with other members of the Penny Mac staff. Cesar specifically was difficult to contact. At one point I had placed 5 calls to him and 1 to his supervisor with promise of return. It took weeks to hear back.
