Still waiting for the $$ to pay off car. Closed on Monday and no wire or check!
I understand that the human errors happens on the documents, but even after telling repeatedly to correct the in correct addresses on the closing docs, documents were still NOT AT ALL corrected and ended up signing on incorrect address documents. Even after sending many emails and talking to loan processor several times this was the issue. Loan processor kept saying that each document has been reviewed for its correctness and has all correct address but it wasn't TRUE, about 11 documents had either zip code wrong or city ... read more
