Everything with my refinance went smoothly. We were actually able to close sooner than anticipated! :-)
The entire staff that I was in contact with was very professional and courteous.
Overall the process from PennyMac's perspective was pretty smooth and Tracy was great to work with. The only opportunity I observed during this process was there were a couple of times that we talked to someone else other then Tracy and they requested info that had been requested and sent. Seems like there was somewhat of a disconnect there. However, everyone we worked with starting from Thomas (Loan Officer) through Tracy who handed the closing were great to work with and I would definetely go with PennyMac again because o... read more
