Iam was FANTASTIC! I dealt with a few different folks on the PennyMac team. They were all good, but I was always RELIEVED when Iam answered the phone. I had a high degree of confidence in his abilities.
It took forever to get the appraisal done and we feel like it wasn't a fair one. We would like to have the appraisal redone.
