I was largely on the outside looking in on the house payment process, as a whole our family never had a problem that couldn't be solved with a phone call. penny mac did a great job in taking care of us.
It was fine.
Being able to complete the documents electronically and having the closing at home made the process very convenient.
All though the system is less than perfect (e.g. system generated document request and application quirkiness) the people are amazing - Kayla and Jordan specifically! Both Kayla and Jordan were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and always insightful. I want to give Kayla a special thank you for her prompt and informed response to my countless emails! Thank you Kayla!
