Fidencio was really great. I did receive a couple of emails communication requesting documents outside of the portal , which I thought strange. I contacted Fidencio, he setup the portal.

Starting with Earl Nagaran our loan originator and continuing with Sandrea Allen the custmer service we experienced was top notch. Earl guided me through the portal and uploading required documents and Sandrea was excellent about communicating and making sure we knew what to expect along the way.
