The interest rate didn't change. The loan was changed from FHA to conventional. I am happy with the process. Everyone was professional and courteous.
Giovanna Oliveira was knowledgeable professional in regards to during the refinance process answering questions I had about the process the whole staff handling my account were awesome.

The process with refinancing with PennyMac was great. I had 3 other lenders doing the same process at the same time to compare rates. Although some lenders tried to compare their rates with PennyMac, PennyMac had the better rate from the very start and didn’t try to “play me”, unlike one of the lenders. I’m a numbers guy and don’t like to play games, PennyMac was all business. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service that came with the competitive rates.
