It was a great experience because the loan officer was available on a Saturday to fill the refinancing application with me. The portal worked very well. Also when Kelvey took over my loan he speed up the process and helped lot to complete the final steps.

Zanetta was exceptional to work with. My only concern was with the individual that conducted our appraisal. I felt that they did not provide an accurate evaluation. We went through a review process, which didn't result in a change in the evaluation. I understand that there are specific regulations that must be followed, but we do not believe that the person who conducted the appraisal had the proper skills and abilities to perform that type of work.

Nathaniel was awesome. He took over my loan from the original loan officer, who failed to get my loan closed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with Nathaniel, but not happy at all with Malek (? spelling)

Sandrea was amazing, every date she set to call us she never failed, we received weekly calls. She was on top of everything and any questions we had she was happy to answer. Her attitude and personality was absolutely amazing and I am so happy she was there to help is through the process. She is the best!
