Not require me to send the same documents 15+ times, answer my questions correctly the first time and communicate any changes immediately. My closing documents and amounts to be rendered to my creditors were not correct after multiple inquiries and still were not corrected even though those particular cards being paid off were a stipulation of the loan. PENNYMAC did not compete their due diligence to retrieve the new balances and correct those documents and I was forced to call into your company as I was competing the closin... read more
