Was told by Winston that no W2s or paystubs needed from my job, that they were in some central system. Later got a million phone calls that that information was incorrect and it was all needed to proceed with the loan. It was not Mariela’s fault, it was first guy we talked to.
The portal was a very refreshing, it was very user friendly and affective. Mostly though it was a much better way to transfer information and made the whole process so much easier. I have refinanced my mortgage three times in the last seven years and this was far and away the best experience.
I do not like filling out these surveys. I filled this out so I won’t get pestered with more reminders

more communication in the end after i signed the documents with the notary. I feel I was not really sure if I was closing on the 31st or after. Up until the afternoon of 01-31 I was hoping TO close. I was contacted and told i closed and after checking my account I saw my closing amount. To tell the truth I was hoping the two creditors were paid off because i was not informed if they were.
