The number of repetitive emails required or requested documentation that was submitted several times became bothersome and unacceptable. It seemed that no one was paying much attention to the others work involved in the process. The only reason the ratings were as high as I indicated was because of Cindy Cruise and her professionalism, otherwise I may have walked away from the whole process.

Janet and Tobias did a FANTASTIC job!!! I have absolutely zero complaints about their communication. They are were great about reaching out in a timely manner and keeping me posted on things. The only thing I wish were different would be that the people on the other end (those I did not communicate with personally) would have read the notes put in by Janet and Tobias and they would have communicated better with those two.
